Careful Consideration and Analysis: All return or replacement requests will be subject to careful consideration and analysis by our concerned team. We will evaluate each request based on the provided information.

Opening Video Requirement: A full, unedited opening video of the package must be provided as part of the return or replacement request. This video should clearly show the unpacking process, highlighting any damages or defects in the product upon arrival.

Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition. It should not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer. Any signs of wear or use will render the item ineligible for return or replacement.

Tags and Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact and included with the returned item. These items are essential for processing your return or replacement request.

Claim Timeframe: Return or replacement claims must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Return Charges: The customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping charges associated with the return or replacement process. Please ensure that the return package is adequately insured and securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

Return/Replacement Process:

Initiating a Request: To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. You can reach us via tiatiaraclothing@gmail.com / +91 7339151620. Provide your order details, the reason for the return or replacement, and attach the unedited opening video of the package.

Evaluation: Our concerned team will carefully review your request, including the opening video and other provided information. We may request additional details or images if necessary.

Confirmation: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.

Return Shipment: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Ensure that the package is well-sealed and appropriately insured to cover any potential damages during transit.

Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and adherence to the eligibility criteria. If the product meets the criteria, we will proceed with the replacement or initiate the refund process, as per your preference.

Exclusions:

Please note that the following scenarios are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • products purchased during sale, and/or using gift cards/coupons. Make sure a product qualifies for return/replacement before purchasing by contacting our customer care.
  • Products that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without the original tags, labels, and packaging materials.
  • Return or replacement requests made beyond the 7-day timeframe.
  • Return packages without the unedited opening video of the package.
  • Products damaged due to inadequate packaging during return shipment.
  • Other valid reasons depending on the situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If a refund cannot be initiated to the original payment method our customer care executives will reach out via any contact means provided to initiate the refund. Please cooperate with our team to ensure a smooth refund process.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any refund or transaction-related issues arising from the payment gateway and/or your banking partner will not be deemed the responsibility of TiaTiaraClothing. In such situation please contact the respected bank or payment gateway providers.
